Stretching

Alright, here is the 411 on stretching. I don't know everything on the subject, but I do know that if you don't stretch properly it can affect your work out in the sense that you may not be able to workout to your full ability. So if you are running and you stretch you may be able to extend your stride length a little more as opposed to if you are not stretched out. Now also if you continuously stretch I find that I am less sore and more apt to be able to work out more consistently. When I am sore and don't stretch sometimes I want to use that as an excuse to be lazy. Also, stretching legthens your muscle length for that long lean look.

Overall, I think stretching is a great thing, but I can not say that I am all that good at doing it very regularly.
