Pizza Dough

Hello Ladies,
Glad you both seem to be getting your workouts in. I went rollerblading yesterday again and man oh man I wasnt sore until I got back on them. I assume it is because on a daily basis I dont use those muscles, so until I get back on I don't know that I am sore. Today I think I am going to run and do my workout video. I love that thing. Yeah it is Jillian Michaels. If you can stick with the video it really does work. I remember doing very regularly and seeing awesome results. I am currently trying to do it at leaset twice a week if not three times. My allergies have been bothering me really badly today. I hate it. My head feels fine, but my nose is just so stuffed up. I wish the blooming would friggin stop.

Dough Recipe
In a medium saucepan put about 1/2 inch of milk, 1 tbls sugar, 1-2 tbls EVOO. Let boil for a few minutes. Turn off and let cool
Get some active rise yeast. (They sell them in 3 packs.) Mix one packet of yeast with 1/2 cup warm-hot water. (I usually test this with my hand. It should be hot, but not too hot that you can't keep your hand under the water.) This is usually where things can go wrong. If the water is not hot enough the yeast won't cook, but if it is too hot the yeast will die.

Once the milk is cool add the yeast mixture. Now here is where I started changing things up. I add a few sprinkles of salt, pepper, garlic salt, and italian seasonings to the mixture. Then gradually add white flour to the mixture until you have a ball of dough. Once it is mixed in, usually 2-3 cups of flour let sit in the pan with a warm wash rag over the pan. It will take about 45 min to an hour to rise. Once it is risen then use half the dough for one pizza.

I cook mine on 425 for about 20-25 minutes.

We will probably have to actually do a show and tell on this as it can be tricky with the yeast.
